Well, I figured I'd start with the original map, get that going, and then fiddle and tweak until it is to my liking. I already have some plans to flesh out the characters, and ideas for a few low-level but fun quests. One of which involves the death of Alfhedil the Fair's favourite dog, Odin. Speaking of which, does anyone know how to make a dog just sit in place?

At the moment I am just trying to get the landscape generation to work. Slowly but surely getting there!

Cheers,
JB

You can do this by AI, and the animation is probably controled through a script (at least, that's how I've seen it done most often).

I'm very glad to hear it. =)

Generate a small area as a test, see what it looks like (around 6 * 6 cells). Please send me the ESP so I can check it out. Smile

I call a small one 2*2 or something. Generating a region can save you work( I think so).
