Talking Sword [WIP]

Well i gave it a try converting the scripts and modifying where needed, the problem was it crashed the CS, so i am going to write a brand new script for this sword, well if you want it done.

It will problably need morrowind script extender, but i am sure there should be a way around this if you don't want to use it.

I need some details for this weapon if you want it done, a name, the type of personality, One-Handed or Two-Handed and anything else.

Its really just a matter of my desire to try it out before we add it to Dumac

Plus it will give me something to add to ES3 Dumac

Cannot do it, no matter what i try i cannot get it done, i tried using the Lilarcor mod to help me but it did not work.
