maybe even get you a higher standing in the eyes of Redoran
cause you need to use personality and luck... and use a lot of convincing to get locals to agree to the prices so that you can create a sor tof trade-union called the Traders' Guold (Julreth Tong?)
also, you can work hard and get rare items and promotions and maybe granted a bodyguard, etc.

Well if this is Redoran I would have thought that bodyguarding at a very low level was a service that the guild might provide. After all there would have been loads of out of work ordinators...

But it might be that to your status in the role that such a guild required your services would not require you to be an actual bodyguard...A toughie this guild...

I think it should not have much combat. There should be some other rewards for rising the ranks of the guild. Like you can buy your own plantasion, costing from 100,000-10,000 debending on your rank. It should have profit thing and stuff.

For the quest, there could be some stuff between Guild trader and outside trader. The outsider sells stuff cheaper than the guild trader, and if the outsider continues business, the Guild trader has to lower prices. So you must set up the outsider of selling ill-gotten goods.
