Cara Prae, much like its closest neighbour Orles, is a sleepy fishing village on the Lonesome Road to Northpoint. Because this village is extremely isolated, it is pretty much entirely self-sufficient, and should have more farmers' fields and livestock than normal. It should also have a pier and a few fishing boats, plus maybe a smokehouse or salting room for preserving the fish. There should be a carpenter for woodworking and logging of trees. Use meo's settlement resource for the logging/wood cutting equipment.
