Voice of Anara, and more

Greetings one and all, just wanted to introduce myself!

My name is Mary, and hopefully by tonight I will have a link here to my first "draft" of my portrayal of Anara in The Horror of Castle Xyr! I will also have other voicework done shortly as well.

A bit about myself: I am a vocalist/keyboardist, primarily, but I am also beginning my career as a voice actress as well. My husband, Trevor, is also a musician/voice actor.

If you'd like to hear what my voice sounds like (in song, but.. still), our main shebang is our symphonic metal band (S.I.G.M.A. Project). We also have a Renaissance duet as well. Plus Trevor's composition/studio page (he has schemes on writing a few pieces for Silgrad)

Alrighty!! So here's a link to an MP3 of all of Anara's lines strung together including a fainting sound, but not including the sound of her singing and the knock on the door (I'll have to think a little melody line up for it.. maybe sing it in Dunmeri !!).

Hopefully within the next few days, I'll also soon be posting some voiceovers for Khajiit (I LOVE doing this one), Nord (my normal voice, pretty much), Dunmer (if you all like my version here), and my husband's Breton.

Tis very good, alittle bit more work on it, theirs a few spots where I could hear the accent dropping, in areas where the dialog was more intense by speeding up your sentences you lost that profound dunmer sound.

But an extremely good first attempt

IMO the speed at which you said most of those lines was perfect!
The lines you said quickly, however (as bob pointed out), were where you lost the accent and some of your momentum, so try going a little slower next time.

I think overall your recording makes for an excellent performance.

Thanks! And exactly, it's just a first read-through, just to get it out there and get some feedback as to the overall sound and whatnot. I may take it all again a little later, or just go back through and clean up parts.
