War-rom set up for G.H.W. MQ

i dont think that having a single room for planing is any good. first of all, its way to esy for the other side to spy upon. it also makes geting quests a whole less fun, and restrics creativity in general. there should probely be secret meating places, but nothing uber official.

Still deciding, but somewhere in the Telvanni controlled region, where its safer, probally in the Uvirith area

im thinking about that restricted acsess to enemy cities-Telvanni is more self-centered, so you would have to commit a serious act against them in order to be wanted by the whole house

Redoran is more wary, as with the other Houses, and any serious crime against them would make you wanted

i say that you do use the wanted in some cities theory, but go by another theory-what Redoran doesn't know wont hurt 'em

i say that aftre they know you are guilty then you are banned, but after the war you are free to go as you please

i also say that you can have an escort after you get up in the ranks (if you already did oblivion's mainQ you are the Champion of Cyrodiil, so you should recieve Imperial escort as well as the escort of your allied houses
