Why is there a bank of Vvardenfell?

In Silgrad Tower, I noticed a Bank of Vvardenfell. I'm familiar with the whole banking system, having used the Indybank mod for some time. That's not the problem. The deal is, why is there a Bank of Vvardenfell on mainland Morrowind? It doesn't make sense.

But if you consider that Vvardenfell is part of Morrowind, it does make sense, just like you will find a Bank of America in Europe or HSBC a primarily British/China bank in the US. Its a large bank and just has expanded into other regions

It might make more sense or at least more interesting to add a local bank or an Imperial Bank, then they could be compete for your business(money)
maybe even add a quest along those lines were as the PC see's leaflets on the board or in stores from one of the banks saying "put your money in us" we give 10% interest something along those lines, possibly the PC can barter for interest rates paid or for credit lines etc etc

Mind if I ramble some more? Almost half the books I've noticed are upside-down; most people won't notice, but if they use 'Book Jackets' or any other mod that gives all the books unique covers will. Also, Valderon is supposed to be a Lord High Councillor, a magick-user with considerable power. I walked in, and he was wearing common_clothes_03, and my lvl 40 mage killed him easily. And is there going to be another landmass part added to Silgrad? I noticed more landscape rips at the southern half, and an invisible wall telling me I can't go any further.

2) I'll have to look at Lord Valderon, we dont want him dead: his stats are fair but nothing special

3) Yes. at some point. I havent dabbled into what those plans are yet I know some are working as far south as the Black Marsh which isnt even in Morrowind

bank of Vvardenfell... founded on good old Vvardenfell ebony and financed by the Vvardenfell Redoran to send loans and money back to the mainland which had gotten poorer due to fewer councilors living on the mainland (most left for Vvardenfell) and more economic control by Imperials which are like mosquitoes... they whisper in our ear and make you annoyed then they suck the blood out of ya
