World map fix, check this out...

This is a new release of the Morrowind FPS Optimizer, originally written by Alexander Stasenko.

This release adds the following features to the game:

-It fixes the world map. You can now see land added by any mods anywhere on the map, since it now moves with the player. Bloodmoon (or Tribunal) not required; all known official EXEs are supported.
- Removing a plugin automagically removes the corresponding landscape from the map.
- (some other unrelated garbage)

This might warrant a mention in the next releases readme

Speaking of releases, did 1.4_6 ever get approved at PES? And what version are we at now?
