so how about it?


The teal is the warring going on, raids and skirmishes
the purple is the Cyrodiilics, the blue is the Dunmer
The Argonian resistance is the warring going on where the Argonians are trying to reclaim lands from Dunmer
the green is tribal/wild, the yellow is settled/'civilized' argonians, not in tribes
the Red is the Royal Court, the orange is the kleptocracies


the entire thing is "supposed" to be under the Argonian Court which is under the Empire... but they realistically control only around Lilmoth and Blackrose, and Kleptocrats helping to extend their influence around Archon, Gideon, and Soulrest. Stormhold is mainly Imperialized but Tenmar Wall is very anti-Imperial... Thorn is very influenced by Dunmer... Helstrom and central-north towns are peaceful 'civilized' Argonians, those who have abandoned tribal life for city-life, but retain their traditions and mediate between Royal Court and tribal chiefs
