a rumor I hope
I hope it is but a rumor...
but I heard that the Indoril have had a second suicide round over something... and of course they are in steady decline
apparently orrowind is in deep trouble with the Daedra....
and Helseth has a sort of agreement with House Dres....
also, the Nords are supposedly attacking Morrowind directly too.... meaning they must be a larger threat than I first predicted... (and I did decide the Nords would be attacking) but never on such a large scale....
so anyhow... we need to discuss this huh

I would suggest subdividing this new load of topics into seperate threads. Note that I already tried to make a few (one on the Tavern about Oblivion Gates in our mods, one in our forum about post-slavery issues on Vvardenfell, and another about the Nord/Orc/Reforan thing). We also should probably have a thread to toss around ideas for the changing nature of the Temple, how long Vivec's been gone, etc. I'm not sure that the Dres or Indoril really need their own threads for sounding as Dres really isn't in our territory unless they have a stake in the war, which is looks like they don't anymore, and Indoril goes along closely with the Redoran and can dual-occupy their sounding thread.

hmmm... good point...

well I will move this to the MQ discussion...
and I guess this will be about the impact of these changes in general.... maybe just a throwing aroun dof ideas... but things are finalized in their respective threads Confusedhrug:

I remember overhearing some NPCs talking ingame about Morrowind, one said something about Indoril being in bad shape, and then they said something about a big brawl between the Nords and Redoran.

the deadra come as no suprise with the barrier between oblivion and real world down it only stands to reason that some of the other deadra besides mehrunes dagon would take the opertunity to attack there enemies. the tribunal didnt make to many friends amongst the lords of oblivion with the 4 evil deadra of the tribunal still probably wanting a crack at the dunmer despite the end of the tribunal

Hence the House of Troubles being a mid-sized joinable faction in our mod.

Well, I think plunging morrowind into a state of semi-hellish destruction might be fun. Sounds like the house of troubles could be an alternate to the "OMFG I got to save morrowind!!one11!!" run of the mill main quest.

House of Troubles is the Morrowind based Daedric invasion, however, the House of Troubles, after Mehrunes Dagon's defeat, must become an organized theocratic and militaristic faction to survive or else it will fall apart into separate small cults hiding away in Daedric shrines and doing very little

SPOILER YOU FOOLS:
All the gates are closed and the barriers between Tamriel and Oblivion are permanently closed when Mehrunes Dagon is defeated. Well, all of the DIRECT links between Tamriel and Oblivion. That one mentioned in "The Doors of Oblivion" might still function because it's indirect.
