Yeah you should, the havok with lag is there cause PROM wants to find a way for it to work, I don't really think it needs it.

Another problem Speedtree Palm Trees do not work in oblivion. Why do I have to be the one to give the bad news? ?(

Yes, stripping the havok would be a good idea But I would advice to have both the version with and without havok in the next .esm. The wone with havok could be used when there barely is anything else nearbye .

To Shewter: That looks great dude, perhaps we could make the actual models leaves one unbroken plain, and put a texture with trasparent bits on it, kind of like what speedtree does?

OblivionMon - not such a problem with palm trees as they do not grow into forests - small clumps or solitaries are the rule.
