someone tell me something about Guarhenge

Is their some purpose to this place, perhaps a quest involved or is it somekind of temple for guar worship maybe even just a mechanical guar ride you put some drakes in and ride it (for the kiddies of course)

Guarhenge was orriginally set up as an oddity, as a nice place to wander into. Along the way it became linked to the monestary. The idea was to make a place of great power perhaps even the origin of the "first" guar.. the idea was never worked out tho.
