In order for us to get attention, we need to finish a beta for Stormhold. Post Stormhold quest ideas here. Check out the Stormhold Map in Stormhold discussion in the Gallery for names and ideas.

Okay. There's a imperial named Lucretus Cullian and recently he bet that the last caravn that set out from storm hold wouldn't get to the jenmar wall and back. However the caravan had made it back and Helpful-Traveler, the Argonian who bet against him hasn't got his money back. So Helpful-Traveler asks you to go to Lucretus Cullian's house and get him that money any way you can. He also says that if there happens to be a acident than you should frame Khneatan liberation(or any other assasins group) by leaving a Khneatan liberation death note on the corpse. If you go to Lucretus Cullian's house which is located in the slums than you shall find it is a small house devoid of furniture exept a table and two chairs. If you talk to Lucretus Cullian about the bet than he shall go immediatly hostile after saying "You won't get my money (Insert Race Here) scum." Once he is dead you return the money to Helpful-Traveler and the quest is done with the reward of a skeleton key

maybe there should be an Imperial Guard called Soft-Wise-Mouth who is noticing a rise in crime. He asks you to offer the Naga Ukutal some drink at the inn. When you do and Ukutal has gotten drunk he starts blurting out stuff about uprising and arming and about cutting off all the caravan routes at the same time. After reporting back to Soft-Wise-Mouth who is a high ranking Guard, he tells you to investigate futher, and asks you to watch Ukutal. He suspects a secretly planned uprising will take place soon and Stormhold be cut off from the outside world and starved (the Imperials at any rate). He knows of a Naga who can be your bodyguard and also help disguise you intentions since the Nagas woul dbe suspicious if you followed with an Imperial. As you follow Ukutal, you notice he goes off into the swamp and to a cave. The Naga escort, Rasthal says he will stay here and you must and go tell Soft-Wise-Mouth. When you do, Soft-Wise-Mouth tells you that agents have discovered that it is actually a trap, Ukutal wants to lure a lot of Imperial guards away from Sotrmhold to the cave and there pin them down while the plan is started. Therefore he tells you that you must go alone while the Guards defend Stormhold. So you go in and you are confronted by Ukutal, apparently the mastermind of the uprising. If you are a Naga he will like you more and with some convincing he will promise to call it off if you agree to tell Soft-Wise-Mouth to stop caravans and soldiers going from Stormhold to Thorn. If you are another argonian race like paatru or argonian it will take more convincing. If an outlander you better be real good at persuasion. Alternatively you can promise to kill Lucretus Cullian, the comission caravaner

These are really good ideas guys and I want to use them, but we need quests that can fit just in the city. Remember this is a beta city and there will be minimal landmass around
it, if any.
Kuku, maybe there could be a Naga nest under the city and that could fit your quest in Stormhold.

What? Lucretus was some begger who was living in a bandoned house because he couldn't afford a house. And my quest had nothing to do with the temnar wall it was just a bet made by lucretus in hope of getting some money

For now, the beta of Stormhold will not have Nagas "in person". We need to finish a beta within the next few months and having Nagas will complicate things. For now, think of quests that involve pre-made materials and NPCs.

I will still make quests inviolvin them, but more without so we fulfill priorities
