what if you make it a closed building completely covered by an awning and you make it an interior cell?

Hmm, the only other thing I can think of is delete the awning. Or leave it if it's not that big of a problem.

Hey, I fixed issue number 14, the clothes. I used some stock oblivion meshes, removed the havok data, and got this

You mean Havok no longer applies to them?

Well, no havok or collision applies to them. But basically put, they don't look out of place and they won't fall.

How did you make it so that no Havok applies to them? Did you actually go into the NIF and change something?

I oplened them in NIFScope, and under all of those NiNode things, there is this collision data stuff. I deleted the data, and there is the finished product. Now if only I could get it to work in reverse.....
