like Hector said, find something in the claims lists that you like and you can claim it, propose the layout and get to work. However not everything can be made right now due to not all the of the 3D models and tilesets being made yet, just hang in there and I'm sure they'll come

Check the claims thread here for dungeon claims, and here for towns and settlements etc. if you're looking for something to mod. You'll need the Silgrad Master file for the CS files to build with, and you might want to download our 2x Vvardenfell landmass [URL=here]here[/URL].

Howdy there. I'd like to help out with TES4:Vvardenfell.
I'm cabable of editing meshes, and, creating some by hand, I also am able to do some concept art, mainly non-organic things.
This said, I wish for /all/ concent I create to be open, and usable by the community at large, with no restrictions imposed. I also would like to deal with the Silgrad Tower project the absolute least I can. I would be happy to work to create the redoran tileset, along with the others, from scratch, if the need be. I disagree on a personal basis with the methods of the silgrad tower project, but, I have no problems with this project. if it'll let me see my beloved Vvardenfell again, in oblivion? I'm all for it.
I can create weapons, I can edit some things in the CS, though, I have not attempted interiors and exteriors, as yet.
I am fairly well aware of morrowind, and, I have released a mod for it, in the past, also.

You sound just like the kinda person we need!
If you can create simple meshes like rocks and trees etc. that would be great for the region landmass editing. Weapons and everything else will be great too, models are something which we lack atm.
Something to point out though, the models made and used in our mod are shared with Silgrad Tower and the Visual Development board. IIRC, ST is allowed to use any models hosted on the forums if they choose to. ST rules. That doesn't necessarily mean that they will use models made for Vv, but they might.
