No, i don't think so, you just add the NPC's, script them and make some quests (and after the release of the Akavir mod, extra quests can be added).
The entire modd takes a long time to make, without the ninja clans and their quests, it would just be an empty world.

if you dont have voice actors the thing is simple - blank .wav audio files.

I'm sure we can get voice actors, but i also think we can use a lot of the vanilla voices, it's mostly just the quest specific stuff we will need voice acting for.

THe guys that have it really hard are Black Marsh and Elsweyr, I think. Getting people to get the voices for the Khajiit and Argonians right... I mean, imagine a Khajiit speaking Imperial...

You will see what I mean if you download Kojima. The game voices do not fit Akavir. I have been using Bretons as NPC base, and they look a little Asian with the kimono and dark hair. I tried to give their faces shallow bone structure. But then they speak to you and sound ... English. :| It completely breaks the atmosphere.
So, I want to learn how to use blank speech or something. New area for me, so I don't know what I'm doing, ... but it definitely needs attention.

Well, to make blank .wav audio files you just fire up some audio editor (try Audacity - google it, it's free and quite good) and press record for some time - it is obvious that nothing should be recorded since nothing should not be plugged in or playing in the background. And I think that is it.
EDIT: I played Jade Empire (on Xbox
) and characters there don't speak with Asian accent as you would expect and the game is in English. Characters don't speak the English in the way of Imperial in Oblivion ("hard" English) but they don't sound Asian either. And it did not break the atmosphere. For me at least.

Come to think of it, they speak English everywhere in Tamriell (and the rest of Nirn) when they should really speak something like: Latin in Cyrodiil, French, German, English and other European languages in Highrock, Some Scandinavian language in Skyrim, and Arabian in Hammerfell, and who knows what the rest speaks, and none of them has an accent
It has never been immersion breaking to me... however, blank .wav files ARE immersion breaking to me because i expect people to speak.

Maybe it's culture shock because I'm used to seeing Asian people speak their own languages. When I hear English dub anime it sounds very strange to me because it's not what I'm used to hearing. (Like first time I heard English Inuyasha ... :eek: Oh my. Very different!)
So if I walk into Akaviri honya, I expect someone to call, "Irasshaimase!" Or hear passing conversation ... "Konnichiha. Genki desu ka?" and then the fake-not-quite-appropriate response from other NPC, "Sou desu ne." I almost expect these animations to bow. *pekori, pekori* And my Sea Witch should sound like the old baba priestess in Inuyasha, but instead she sounds like Mary Poppins. "He~llo~." :lmao:

Edit: AAaa! I forgot the reason I was going to post just now!
Corthian, you had some arrows in the yumi pack, about 4. But they all look like the same model with same "elven arrow" texture, ... which I can't find. Was that WIP? Or private model you didn't want fully released? I was unsure what to do with them. Should I just leave them alone for now?
