hrug::lol: No were not gonna have much Imperial Cult here. I mean its there but I feel it's more worth it and less work to allow more native factions to be joinable. We come to Morrowind to immerse in Morrowind culture... not imported Imperial religion. You can do a few miscellaneous quests for the Imperial Cult / Nine Divines but cannot join them... that is how I feel about it. If you have objections, please explain them and back your arguement with good reasoning.
