Howdy
We have Strider Service in Silgrad and in Kragenmoor, Karthor Dale is in between, it would seem logical, so I will set one up
For our current needs we can provide service to Veranis Hall and Silgrad
and add Kragenmoor and Balfalls later

Yes, Karthor Dale needs one, it is too big not to have it. And we need to connect most towns, so build one in Veranis Hall.
