This sort of Semi main quest starts with Divayth Fyr. The facts are adding up. This is all provided that you keep Vivec ALIVE when you make the mod.

Fry, who you just meat, will inform of a "Large Problem". He will tell you of Sotha Sil and Almalexias deaths. He says that he and Vivec are in charge of the funeral and they will travel to Mournhold to begin the prep work. Fry will tell you he wants to bring them back alive somehow. He speaks of a Revival Spell that is older than him. He says to see Vivec and ask him about Reviving them. When you see Vivec he says he has told no one of there deaths and the only other persons that knows of there death is Larigon (nevervain...you can put another name. w/e) and King Henseth. Vivec will tell you that Larigon killed Almalexia (when she went mad) and when he arrived found Sotha Sil dead. Vivec says "If you can find the spell...that will be fine. I do not want to tell the people of there deaths as it may corrupt the temple more than it already is." Go and see Fry again. He tells you to go do something for 7 days. He will ask Telvanni and Mages guild scholars about the spell.

If you want to continue, tell me. I am not even sure if you guys would/could do this. So yea, let me know and ill finish or drop it.

but Barilzar's Mazed Band is with the Nerevarine...

I would think that the Hopesfire would be with the Nerevarine as well as the Mazed Band, right? I mean, it's most likely that it would have been taken along with the ring. Well, just a thought.
