If the mapping and mesh centering permit, you might be able to get away with 1 corner. Just rotate it 90 degrees.

Morrowind have long stayed as my favorite game ever, but it had been surpassed by the witcher, only because the witcher tells it's story is such a cool way.
Also the music is amazing. That combat system is fun too (but I think that's a matter of taste. I like it)

A note on the plaza thing. I've decided to cut it into pieces, and make a total of 5 pieces. 2 corners, two sides (one with stairs on it) and a center.

Are we gonna keep the default imperial citywalls from oblivion? Apart from being more morrowindesque, those from Tobi the Dane are also better imo...
And the plaza seems to be a good alternative for the docks :goodjob:

Nice work Tobi! It's coming together wonderfully.
The only thing I thought looked not-so-god was the mapping of the top of the steps in screenshot #39. The way all the step topsides are mapped identically makes for a repetetive and unrealistic impression. The same thing happens to me when I map the topsides of steps, but I found out that if I flipped the tiling on a random number of topsides the repetetive impression went away. Depending on what kind of texture one uses one can get up to four variations that way (no flip, flip u, flip u and v, and flip v), but even if one can only get two variations it helps a lot with diverting the player's attention
I can't say for sure but I also think the definition of the steps' mapping is higher than that of the rest of the bridge. I don't know if I used the right term for it but I meant like if one 64x64 plane has a map of the same dimensions and another plane of the same size has a map of 128x128 then the first plane has doubled definition compared to the second. In this case I think it makes it hard to distinguish what kind of surface the steps' topsides are.
RideWithTheWind: I think the default citywalls are only used in Steadhelm, so that would be sandor's call. Personally I'm fine with either way, but if sandor should happen to want to change them then that would be the only place in our mod a change would occur (as far as I know). We'd use it a lot for new places though. There'll definitely be a fort some distance from Soluthis, and one for Legio Argonis, and very likely forts in other places on our lands as well. I also plan to change the castle in Reich Parkeep to one modded with Tobi's pieces

this look's really strange to me, the mixture of dark and light colors, at I tried updating my 3d model, but it seemed to do nothing.
Then I thought, maybe it's just how it looks in Oblivion, if you compare it to the keep, then there's not much difference...
I gonna let this one rest now, and I'm starting on a new model. I may return to this one in the future, see if I can do something.

ahh, I figured out what made it look so strange, it's because of the sun, I took the pictures around noon. The sun was high and therefor cast some strange shadows on the platform, there's nothing wrong with the platform itself.

As far as the loo goes, I've been thinking about doing one for the shacks once I can model again. To the best of my knowledge, the only way to do furniture is to build your model and then add the appropriate furniture marker via cut-n-paste using NifSkope.
