Howdy
Do we want to add any head/hair packs to our mod, this would give us a variety of npc options
I like the Elders of Vvardenfell and I know of a few other head packs as I do not use them much
If we'd like to do this and if anyone has knowledge of good head packs please let me know

Hi,
your question made me recognize that I'm just aeons out of the modding scene, so I'd have to start searching anew for proper additions. I remember though that we added lots of face packs to TES3 ST back then (and I'm the first to shout "gimme more").
A good address for me has always been Elric's Elder Scrolls web portal (which can be found here); lots of Morrowind mods, and among them 160 head, face & hair mods.
The mods come along with very good descriptions, infos about author, file size, file version and ... and ... and ...
You should take a look at the stuff and ... did I mention it already? ... I say "Aye!"

Yes I have seen these. Some are good and some are not

I use this one often as it adds that much needed wise old people (like me) into the game

your assumption is correct, I'm all in for new faces and the package from GhanBuriGhan should be top on the list. 650 new faces covers up a lot and is a very good beginning.
