If I understand correctly, after I'm finished with the models in 3D Studio Max, I'll send the .max scenes over to Zarf so he can do his thing with the skinning? As well as me getting started on modding with the un-skinned models in the meantime.
After the buildings are skinned I should probably send Zarf the city wall .max scenes too, right? Because the mapping on the city walls looks really bad at the moment, since they have to tile the textures many times to keep them from looking fuzzy, but on the other hand, doing that means they show a repeating pattern. With painted shadows that wouldn't be as noticeable, I think.

Divide the skin quee in half. I'll take half, and zarf the other. Hell, I'll even unwrap the models you need done. Just get something to do >_>

Once I get the buildings, I'll have the maps out very quickly. I honestly thing splitting the Redoran que up would cause more problems than it would solve... unless you want to make various interior textures. Green Glass Ultra Tibmaker version, anyone? :-D

I suppose thats all up to you two, but my only fear would be that your styles may clash once we see the skins in the game together. Perhaps each of you can make skins of them? We could have two separate styles (maybe thats to drastic a word, flavors?) of Redoran! It would be really helpful for other mods that may use these models. *cough*Vvardenfel*cough*
I can't start unwrapping anything until I get the properly scaled versions from RW.(I had some issues importing what he sent me the first time)
I have to get some sleep now, there will probably be maps to skin tomorrow if all goes well.

I PM'd you a handful of texture jobs you might be interested in. The jobs are on the five models in the mod I think have the worst textures at the moment, and replacing the current textures would make the visuals that much better.

Yes, different styles of Redoran would be nice. Zarf makes cleaner textures, Tib makes more rugged ones, and with Vvardenfell, I'd like to make it look rugged, to reflect the land.

Ack! Im not sure how much time Im going to have to work on mapping these tonight. Ill try and get the barracks finished, but Blender just crashed on me setting me back to ground zero. X(
I thought I would post these for Tibmaker to map if he feels like it (since you offered ). There are only two, but I figured that would be enough for now. You will notice that the bottom ridge has been separated, no need to map that. Just don't hesitate to spread things out over multiple images if things are getting to crowded, we can only go up to a max of 2048x2048 per skin.
