Looks very much like a digitised clay sculpture, and it reminds me of the birdheads from Shivers. Would be great to see it with textures.

Works really well with the Sarpa model we have...talking of which, the creator of that model (TheModaxJago) is working on a feature-length animated film and is very busy at the moment. He says it wouldn't be too hard for him to get it animated though so he'll send me the files when he's got some more time free.

the normals were flipped on the other wing. I didn't notice in time, so I deleted it. But I am going to end up deleting half of the model anyway when I bake it to low poly. Then I will duplicate a symmetrical model and attach them. This will save some UV space.
