The only problem with this plan is that the most recent version (and the only version with a resonable readme) is currently languishing on a hard disk 157 miles away from my present location. I won't be able to access those files for about another 2 weeks. Once I get the files I should be able to upload it to tesnexus pretty quickly.

At this point 2 weeks shouldn't be that long to wait

They are not included in the mod for the reason you mentioned.

Hello everyone.
Long time no see!
I was a contributer and leader on the mod for a while and, like Al said, we all just kinda drifted away from it. It did get me into modding which I'm eternally grateful for. I'd love to see something released even unfinished, as there's some great work in there (Riften and Siegfried's Redwoods, especially.)

It sounds like that is not a problem Simon. None of those retextures were used in anything that is going to be released so there will be no violation.
