Main Quest, Factions, Misc Quests Tracker Thread - The Old Ye Bard - 03-08-2010
Main Quest
10-16 quests long. Should involve both Anequina and Pellitine, the Mane, and the current and outstanding political situations in the province (5 Year War, border disagreements with Valenwood and Cyrodiil, Moonsugar trade, etc), involves the 'Krin.
Factions
Stock Factions:
Fighter's Guild
Guildhalls in Northern Cities. 4-5 Seperate Misc Quests offered if the player is a member of the Cyrodiilic FG.
Mage's Guild
Guildhalls in Northern Cities and Corinth. 4-5 Seperate Misc Quests offered if the player is a member of the Cyrodiilic MG.
Theive's Guild
Minor Theive's Guild presence throughout Elsweyr. 3 Seperate Misc Quests offered if the player is a member of the Cyrodiilic TG, plus a 4-part mini-questline relating to the Khajiiti Origins of the Theives Guild, Baan Dar and Rajhin; only offered if the player is a member of the Cyrodiilic Theives Guild.
The Dark Brotherhood
Minor Dark Brotherhood presence throughout Elsweyr. 3-4 misc quests offered if the player is a member of the Cyrodiilic DB. Should include background lore about the Dark Brotherhood's past involvement in Elsweyr, most famously the assasination of the Last Potentate at his palace in Senchal, where the Night Mother wrote on the wall 'Morag Tong', framing their organisation.
New Factions:
Imperial Legion/Navy
6-9 Quests Long, involves the Imperial Legion/Navy and the Skooma Trade/Ya'Tirrje.
The Temple of the Two-Moons Dance
3 Quests long.
Temple of Agamanus
2 Quests long.
Temple of the Starry-Heart

1 Quest Long. Recurring salvaging-payment quest afterwards.

I would appreciate a few suggestions/ideas.

If you made a quest using the old files/height map, you'll have to start from scratch, as the new Height Map will be comming out shortly, also quests and Npcs will be a no-go, and will be added in later, however feel free to design the quest(s) and post a thread for them

Ofcourse it is allowed, but it'll be a seperate claim, and added after the world modder is finished with the interior/exterior. Just something to speed up progress, and to stop newbie's from causing chaos with muddled AI, dodgy badly made quests made without notification or validation, and creating weird, out-of-place NPCs. You can design the quest ASAP though, just not making it in the CS yet
