Questions on your mod - NeciFiX - 07-14-2010 I have no idea if I should be posting here or asking questions, but, I'm a little unclear as to the status and goal of your mod. Are you attempting to create all of Valenwood? Is this coming back in full swing? Having enjoyed the Deserts of Anequina Elsweyr mod, I'm excited for a new land mod and stumbled across this which appears to be kicking back up in activity, though, I'm not quite sure as to your goals. Sorry to waste your time with this rudimentary question. Thanks, Necifix - Deeza - 07-14-2010 This mod will add 4 small islands (located off the south coast of Valenwood) to their own worldspace. At this time there are no plans to make the rest of the province. We have had a period of inactivity but are now hopefully up to speed again and hoping for a release. - simonp92 - 07-14-2010 Doesn't the mod only have 3 islands? - drmccoy - 07-14-2010 As far as I know, the quest does only have 3 islands. - Deeza - 07-14-2010 Ah, yes, I remember now. There is 4 on one version of Bethesda's map, 3 on another. We decided to go for 3. - The Old Ye Bard - 07-14-2010 Quote:Originally posted by Deeza The forth island only appears on the Arena map, in all maps afterwards it's gone. - Deeza - 07-14-2010 I think that's why they decided to go with 3, since it was more up to date. - The Old Ye Bard - 07-15-2010 Could have been a rogue Thrassian Kingdom, or even an off-shoot of Pyandonea (given it's a sea-forest, rather than a landmass, it would grow from time to time). - Deeza - 07-15-2010 Nice idea, that. Maybe we could mention it in a book or something. - drmccoy - 07-15-2010 Just post a Claim thread for a book concerning that idea in the props section, maybe we'll find someone to do it? |
