For the new roadsigns contact TID, he made the existing signs.
You'll find these in the activator folder.
ST>>Imperial>>Decoration>>Exterior>>Roadsigns
The Tiber Septim and MW ones haven't been merged yet (seamless transition).
For the banners, you'll find these in the activator folder as well.
ST>>Dunmer>>Decoration>>Exterior>>.
The FGa sign should be an activator as well (I'll change it).
The idea is when activating the road sign a text or sound will be seen/heard (not implemented).

I'm just trying to understand what is being discussed - are there no suitable existing signs, or are we making new ones?

I can see why it would be confusing. I was unaware that we had signs whithin the CS. I was then searching directories and found the ones I listed. I thought they had not been properly listed in the CS.
Can I use them as they are for roads and shops?
