Skyrim DLC Hearthfire is since October 4th available for purchase and download on Steam, with a price of $4.99 USD.

I think I might adopt those kids at Honorhall...
UPDATE: Turns out Minecraft was the inspiration for this DLC, and the child adoption system was inspired by Innocence Lost. So I'll definitely adopt some of those orphans...
