Just to lay the idea out on the table... wouldn't it be great if there was a custom ferry building in shack style? Maybe something akin to a boathouse, in which boats can sail in and people can conveniently board it.

My pet peeve: huge images in img code. I reserve the right to make any such image into a clickeable thumbnail whenever I see it.
