No exterior modding allowed. Please mod only within this interior cell.

Is this armory part of an imperial fort?

I am not sure which kind of weapons should I place and how should I dress, and name the NPC, so I need to know...

Um, I don't think the border fort has allegiance to either the Empire or the Stormcloaks, despite the fact that it's in the Rift.

Sniper4 planned to add a fort (antechamber claims), so I am going to add one.

Very well, Imperial it is then.

Is there any special detail about the armory keeper's AI that I should take into consideration?
because right now all I have planned is to have the poor guy just wander around the place all day...

That's fine for now, we could change the AI later on, once the guard barrack has been finished.
Perhaps you could add a eat, read package?
