Planned NPC topics :

Background : "I'm Barhus Endes, Commander of Rift Watch Border Troops".

Border Troops duties : "Border Troops duties include repulsing armed incursions from both sides of the border, examining documents and possessions of persons crossing the
border, and preventing illegal
transport of explosives, contraband, or subversive literature".

Argonian invasion : "After the eruption of Red Mountain, we had indeed some Argonian incursions. Those didn't last long though, as Argonians showed little interest in colonizing the whole province. But I heard that Argonian rebels in Vvardenfell were still engaging the Dunmer to control trade and resourses".
