I kinda disagree with Sparrow's placement however. Maybe it's good to not have her as far outta town as in ST:TES3, but I was hoping to have her at least slightly out of town to have room for a guar and a garden . Maybe somewhere between the town and the lighthouse?

Well, there will be a shack there, whether it is Sparrow or not. I can put a (her) shack somewhere a little more secluded outside the walls, but I'll need to set up a new claim for 14.

I'm hoping by "garden" you mean nothing too luxurious, right? Remember we're in the middle of the Bitter Coast.

Nothing too luxurious; a couple BC veggies and one or two small rows of stock OB veggies, a curiosity on the BC. I have screens of the TES3 location and exterior I can put on Photobucket if you like.

Also, how big would you like her shack? I'm currently treating it as 4 segs.
