Hey Bob,

I feel like this should do the trick.
It's a little cramped, but It's a small place anyway.

For some reason I picture this NPC to be somewhat messy...
Tried to put a dead fish in the Hut but it kept clipping into things.

Dependencies are Morrowind, Tribunal, Bloodmoon.

[Edit: I may have to trim the amount of potions.]
