I believe that the universal language discussion is off topic. Cattlemur was pointing out that there is a Russian mod out. I believe the real issues are:

1: Are there any ideas in this mod that we can use?

2: Do the creators of this mod want to let us use any resources that are unique to this mod?

I removed the content of some of the longer off topic posts.

Someone should playtest it and since only few people speak Russian here I will take the bullet.What do we need?If there is something worthy out there I will contact the creator of the mod.

I am very sorry.I did not managed to download it.I will try to find more download links.I am going to write a scenario for another Russian mod based on a Ka Po invasion to Cyrodiil I want to make right so it will be lore friendly and it will be somehow related to this mod so people will download both.
