Please check this link (also mentioned by Zurke in the Red/Yellow book thread).

None of the houses have been modded, they all live in the Upper Chambers district (rich), developed after we release v3.0. There's one exception the house of Kashi Mantas, it can be found in the Deepen Meadows area.
