Caramel Slice

Hi all;

If there is anyone who knows a smashing caramel slice recipe, could you please tell me, I want to make it for my mum and our school fundraiser, i have had many attempts. My last somehow ended up with the biscuit base and the caramel switching places, that was a mess.
