Hi all;

Yes i have obtained Zork, the text game from 1978, so if anyone knows, how do I get past the thief in the maze? i dont think anyone will, as I know for a fact, mororcroft would only have been 13 at the time, and if anyone here is fifty............

I used to pour over printouts of Colossal Cave with my mother which she brought back from the office mainframe when I was slightly younger than that - spent hours mapping out the maze of small twisty passages all alike. So I wouldn't actually have been too young - but no, I didn't play Zork back then.

I have got a "Zork collection" with the text games plus a couple of the later graphical versions - but haven't gotten around to playing the text games.
