Blacklight

Blacklight is a name used to reference both the region as well as the main town there.

In Oblivion's timeline, Bethesda has revised the shoreline of the mainland's northern tip to the more familiar silhouette it had before Bloodmoon (an expansion pack for TES III) was released, which will be evident in the Blacklight mod.

The Blacklight region also encompasses Windhelm, a Nord town across the border in the west, as well as the Redoran town of Cormaris View. There'll also be an Orc camp, Azhag, as well as several Redoran villages and other locations. More information can be found on Blacklight website and forums:
