Dragonborn playing in Solstheim?
It's suggested the new expansion will be called "Dragonborn", will involve the player traveling to Solstheim (the location of the previous expansion Bloodmoon for Morrowind). It's based upon files found in the latest patch including new map icons.

An official announcement trailer has been released by Bethesda Softworks for Dragonborn, a new DLC add on. Dragonborn will allow players to craft new armor, travel to Solstheim and fly dragons. Dragonborn will be available for download on December 4th for 1600 Microsoft Points on Xbox LIVE.

There's no information regarding the release dates for PC or PS3.

Since December 4th it's possible to acquire Dragonborn for XBox, the PC/PS3 version will be available early next year.
