You checked out a cell but you changed something in the interiors otherwise it would not appear in the File Details listing. So it's contaminated.
If you don't correct these things they will add up in the Reich Parkeep file to which these files are merged. At the end it will give huge problems and errors.
About the bed, I don't get it. Are you referring to a uploaded file ?

I didn't change anything in the other cell I just looked to see how the devs utilized the interior. As far as I can tell I did not change a thing as a * does not appear next to the cell ID and it does not display under details.
As with the bed I am pointing out that there is room for a bed for the guys guard in one of the rooms.

If you only look in a cell, there will be no entry in the file details listing.
Please find attached two screenshots of your file, before cleaning.
As you can see there is "*" ! So you did change something.
About the bed. Ok.

hehe, You misunderstood me again.
I am talking about RPC28. I was saying that I visited an interior to look how they devs utilized the interior I am using for RPC28 but I was extra careful not to contaminate anything 
.I am not making excuses for RPC10.
I know I contaminated some cells because on several occasions when I was navigating the cell window the text got selected and i renamed some cells. I did however change them back to there original value, but cleaning its better.

I thought you were referring to rpc10. As you made clear, you are referring to rpc28. How can I see that, there is no file attached.
As you are writing about rpc28. No problem. I assume everything will be ok when you post the file.
If the cell is listed in the file details, there is already a problem and it should be deleted.
In my experience it's better to work on your interior. Save it before looking around in other cells. Then (after you are finished) reload without saving.

Heh I was sure i attatched it, Never mind here you go. I seem to making a habit of confusing you sandor.

The data file is clean.
I like the concept. Put the bed (for example) of the guard in the smaller room.
