The texture could use work, but the gloss/transparancy might help with that.

It's not too difficult. For transparency change the alpha channel of your color map (black=invisible/white=solid) and for glossiness change the alpha channel of your normal map (white=shiny/black=not shiny). For transparency you will also need to enable the alpha property in NifScope (check here). To maximize the gloss select the pallet next to the NiMaterialProperty in NifScope and set the specularity color to white and the glossiness slider to maximum.
