Ok, you first need to go to the Elsweyr world space in the worlspace editor. Here, you need to export the quads, it may crash a lot depending on the weight of your soul, keep at it. Then, you open the TesAnnwyn worldspace, import the quad, and using the overview window, naviagte to the imported quad and use the select tool to select the rimmen land (obvious looking, terraced flat) and use the keyboard copy hotkey. Then, navigate to where Rimmen needs to be on the TesAnwyn heightmap (Should be the heightmap you are in) and click to use the green selection box like a stamp. Here comes the tricky part, save here, because I've experienced frequent crashes with too much precise HM editing in here, and it is just a good idea. Now, in order to make this precise enough that we don't disturb the cliffs, try to fix the rather large seams with the smaller landscape brush that you use inside of the render window. You will need to create a number of large hills to make the height natural. Save. Then, go to the elsweyr worldspace and with some fancy selection, get everything in rimen. Cut to make sure nothing is left behind, then paste in the new worldspace, you will need to spend a fair bit of time getting it positioned. I have gone through this 4 times tonight, got a crash at a different point each time. Luck to you.

Excelent.
And if anyone on the forum could merge the detailed land .esp on the last page, that would help, I'm gonna set up some areas for landscape shots and detail if possible. I'll be using a transplanted oasis if it's doable, the new palms from akavir, and some creative rock formations.

Right. Hills of Sand is merged, and Darkness Eternal's Desert Architecture is soon to follow. Will do Rimmen today (fingers crossed)
I"ll just get you to clarify a few things (my stuff is in bold)

File> Import
File> Export
No cell ref, just by the it's location on a map.
When you select and copy the area, a green box will appear that you can move around like a stamp, use the overview to navigate to the right quads, then you use the stamp to place it.

Right. Rimmen is moved and my partner has offered to clean it all up and add some clutter. He's a real perfectionist, so it will look great when he's done with it.

You have made me such a happy camper. ![Big Grin Big Grin](https://www.silgradmodding.net/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.png)
I'm excited for this next stage of Elsweyr, the silgrad-esque modding.

I will merge it to the esm when he is done with it. mean while i can give you the esm so far, and you can merge in what you need to. By the way, I'm going to figure out the cell refs for all the major cities and towns, so people don't mess with those cells or those around them.

Excelent idea.
