Maybe you should take a look at the first post in the Botany Books - as ammended by Research Assistant Krisi's contribution - where there are 40 in-game Morrowind Plants listed...
Well, then, feel free to use some/all of these descriptions in there. They are all quotes from Morrowind, not sure if that is relevant or not.
Quote:Here is an ongoing list of some plants and first indicated are those the Botany Books have contributions for:
Wickwheat (lit)
Hackle-Lo (lit)
Coda Flower (lit)
Heather (lit)
Marshmerrow (lit)
Kreshweed (lit)
Muckspunge (lit, model)
Emperor Parasol (lit, model)
Black Rose (lit, model?)
Trama Roots (lit, model)
missing(or they aren't here from the list link posted by me earlier) :
Ash Yam, Bittergreen, Black Lichen, Black Anther, Draggle Tail,
Bloatspore, Bungler's Bane, Chokeweed, Comberry, Corkbulb (Root),
Fire Fern, Gold Kanet Flower, Golden Sedge Flower, Gravetar,
Green Lichen, Horn Lily, Hypa Facia, Spiny Lloramor, Luminous Russula,
Meadow Rye, Nirthfly Stalks, Noble Sedge, Roobrush, Scrib Cabbage,
Scathecraw Plant, Slough Fern, Stoneflower, Trama Shrub,
Timsa-Come-By flowers, Violet Coprinus, Willow Flower
I don't have The Tribunal expansion on PC, but I do have it for Xbox.
Anyway, I suggested some values in the OP.

Two small entries...

I brought in Chokeweed and Roobrush. Thanks again for the values, they are a godsend

I've updated the values in the mod. Could I ask for data for the Scrib Cabbage ingredient?
- TheImperialDragon - 11-04-2006
Absolutely. I don't have the Tribunal expansion, so someone else needs to take a screenshot, and more importantly, tell me what properties it had in TES3: Morrowind. Actually, I might have a look at it in the XBox version, I think my Alchemy skill was high enough to identify all the properties... Or if not, then I'll try the player's guide (if I can find it wherever I last put it).

The Master Alchemy teacher is a Breton living in a building in the Orc Fortress on the north shore East of the Ashlander Encampment.
She also has a full set of Master alchemy equipment for sale. The Orcs there tend to attack those they do not like on sight hrug: rather than kill them I used to fly in invisibly. After all I was doing business with her.

Great
Darliandor has a full listing of effects that might be useful. I have screenshots of most TES3 plants in my old reference post;
Horn Lily
Nirthfly Stalks (2)
Timsa-Come-By flowers
Meadow Rye
Flowering Sweetbarrel
Desert Sweetbarrel
Scrib Cabbage
Spiny Lloramor

Okay then...

Restore Fatigue (15)
Damage Intelligence (30)
Restore Agility (45)
Fortify Agility (60)
Is that good?

Any thoughts on their effects?
