About 2-3 times the size I'm guessing. Hard to say, but the heightmap will take around 6 * 5 quads, while Oblivion took around 3 * 4 minus a few in the corner.
And then there's the question of how much of it is playable.

There was an interesting reply in another thread where someone said that although Oblivion (and ST) has more cells, the actual size / proportions are the same as TES3 Morrowind.
So are we really talking about more detail in the same area by increasing cell numbers TID?
I was looking at Lightwave's Heightmap converter thread re this, and IATE posted this in response to one of my posts: Quote:IATE sez: "raggidman: you're wrong there. Morrowind and Oblivion's sizes are exactly alike. I created an imported velothi canton as an experiment, and it was still the same size as compared to other objects. The only main noticeable difference is that Morrowind cells are actually 4x bigger than an oblivion cell."
So now I am confused ...

He was originally talking about the models themselves, and how big the units were in comparson (256 tile, that sort of thing).
When he talks about cell size, he's talking about how many units are in a cell (in other words, how much is loaded at a time). Perhaps this image will help:
