Krisi-_ you must remain impartial on things like this, and anyway my
way is more in favor with Lore. Also there will always be a lot of Ice
Wrath, as a lot of people would die in the mountains by being caught in
blizzards, etc.

Yes, as Lore Master you need to be impartial, and give the most straightforward interpretation as possible.

Quick grammar check & typo-killing update for this book:
Frost Magic and Necromancy, Vol. 2
This book will deal with the different types of profane creatures that
are involved with Frost Magic Necromancy and how they may be
destroyed/created. It will also include a few rough sketches of the
different types of creatures where possible.
Bonewolf
Although they are rarely associated with Frost Necromancy, bonewolves
were the first creations of this dark art. The earliest of these
profane creatures relied heavly on their ability to resist frost - in
fact, the original bonewolf of Frost Necromancy was only able to be
created using the carcass of a snow wolf. Today, however, bonewolves
have taken a dramatic turn towards more traditional forms and any type
of wolf carcass will suffice. (It should be noted here that a
resurrected wolf is not a bonewolf.) Bonewolves are the most common of
all creations from Frost Necromancy and can be found all over Skyrim,
normally seen with their respective controller nearby.
Draugr
Draugr, although quite prevalent in Skyrim, are not creations of Frost
Necromancy; they are, in fact, more closely related to liches. These
creatures are included in this book because they do not fit into the
traditional forms of Necromancy for three reasons: they have been
around longer then traditional Necromancy, they have no relation to the
sload, and they share no commonality with other Necromantic creations
in terms of how they are brought to "life."
Draugr are undead Nords who have died in some tragic way and whose
souls are denied access to Sovengaard, thus being trapped between life
and death. They are normally enhanced by magical ornaments that were
buried with them at death. Draugrs are commonly found in and around
Nordic burial tombs.
Ice Lich
Even though a normal lich is immune to cold, this variation embraces
it. Their flesh can remain intact as long as they keep their bodies at
a set temperature, which is easily done in Skyrim. They are nearly
identical to normal liches, except Ice Liches can easily channel Frost
Magic through their bodies, granting them extra strength. Ice Liches
are indigenous to the edges of Skyrim up in the mountains, although it
is unfortunately not that all that rare for one to be seen in central
Skyrim.
Ice Wraith
Ice wraiths were in existence before traditional methods of Necromancy
and Frost Necromancy. (Interestingly, it is only within the last
hundred years that they have been witnessed with a summoner; the exact
reason for this change in behavior is currently debated amongst
researchers.) It is known that the summoning of these particular forms
of wraiths is a much more hazardous and unreliable process than that of
comparable wraith summonings. This extra danger derives from the
subject of the summons: these creatures were once people who
experienced a horrific death involving snow or ice - for example,
falling into an icy river and freezing to death. This traumatic death
experience may also explain the way they physically appear to the
observer, normally resembling their skeletal corpse surrounded by an
icy mist. In the Northern Holds of Skyrim, one must kill an Ice Wraith
to gain citizenship.
Ice Zombie
Ice Zombies are undead of tradtional Necromancy enchanced by Frost
Magic, and these creatures can be found all over Skyrim, normally with
a controller. The ice that covers these creatures is magical and is
kept constently cold either by a continual magical flow from a
controller, or (in some cases) directly from the creature's soul. These
creatures are extremely powerful and are typically capable of being
summoned for longer periods of time than ordinary zombies. This is
likely because the ice which surrounds the Ice Zombie actually
preserves the flesh of the creature as well as providing a rather
durable armor. However, if the ice surrounding the creature is damaged
the flesh is then prone to rapid decomposition, the creature's ice
coating may then collapse in upon itself, and this quickly destroys the
zombie.
Edit 1: for lore's sake.
Edit 2: 'cause I'm an idiot
