Another idea: Knights and Temple Quests
When I have an idea, it's better to get it written before it's lost! Wink

The one thing I haven't encountered is temple quests (outside of the guilds). Perhapts is Morrowind we can bring in questing through the temples.

Also I think that we can bring in Knight quests. There were many Knight guilds in Daggerfall we could reintroduce them.

So I would like to hear your input and ideas for this.

I haven't played Daggerfall and my understanding of what those Knight guilds would entail is too dim for me to form an opinion of them.

Wouldn't that order require very acrobatic young female acolytes wearing brightly-colored costumes? :lmao:

Still cracking myself up (and showing my age),

Rodan... how about a fanatical knigtly order from the Wayrest area... and the queen of Wayrest, enemy of Helseth has implied to them that they'd do a great service killing Helseth... and so they march all the way to morrowind...
and when they get there realize they still have a long way to go... and instead decide they will first try to kill the Azhag Orcs and then move on Redoran and then burn and kill their way to Ebonheart, then Mournhold?

I still have the Daggerfall Chronicles Book (which I just found recently (with my memory, all things become anew Wink )). I'll get the book and post each knightly order that is there. Then we can work on it! Smile

RW, they were almost all the same. Player could join only one and had no ability to quit. All the quests were randomly generated, don't remember any of them, but somewhere in the web all the types can be found.

If I remember correctly, there is one knightly order for each region. Each has pledged its allegiance to the lord of the region. For example: Knights of the Dragon (I think) pledged their allegiance to the King of Daggerfall. The quests they get are of the usual sort, for example, one quest involves going to a dungeon and killing all the daedra there, so then a mage from the Mages' Guild can come and close the dimensional rift. When the player returns to his quest giver, he/she learns that it was all made up, and the mage who summoned the daedra wanted to get rid of them without paying the Fighters' Guild to do it.

Also, in Daggerfall, you could only join one knightly order, and one religious order.

As promised (from the Daggerfall Chronicles):

Daggerfall (Knights of the Dragon)
Sentinel (Knights of the Moon)
Sentinel (Knights of the Candle)
Wayrest (Knights of the White Rose)
Anticlere (Knights of the Flame)
Lainlyn (Knights of the Horn)
Glenpoint (Knights of the Owl)
Dwynnen (Knights of the Raven)
Avibon-Gora (Knights of the Wheel)
Totambu (Knights of the Scarab)
Santaki (Knights of the Hawk)

Also the Nobility:
Lord Kain (Knights of the True Horn)
Lord Plessington (Knights of the Cup)

Also the Guilds:
Mage's Guild (Knights of the Lamp)
Temples (Knights of the <God Symbol>)

If I remember correctly, I was able to find some of the lesser guilds in Daggerfall, but not all of them.
