you'd have to ask a scripter i suppose. i don't see why not, but it might be a bit of a drag on processing power? ho-hum.

Cap'n you're sort a texturer right? I was wondering if you had time to try and make a good ruby texture for those obelisks? that would help loads if you can.

Thanks,
Edd

Looks like red marble to me Wink

Windchimes sounds fantastic to me - have you seen JKJ's Khenarthi Statue in Multimedia the Trailer assembly thread?

And read her story?

Khenarthi is at once a caring Goddess yet one who can cause great harm merely through inattention. To me the obelisks represent the suffering of the walkers in the wastes being scourged by Khenarthi's winds when she was persuaded that the Khajiiti were illdoers by Nirni - scoured and cut by the sands and sharp stones that her winds flung at them - and the reminder of Khenarthi's contrition and penance.

Wind chimes would be thanks for her mercy, and a reminder to her that the Khajiiti love her gentle cooling breezes and playful zephyrs ...

Sort of a texturer would be correct, heh. I'll give it a shot, but it would fit in with the rest of the mod if we used the ruby textures for our weapons. I might be able to cobble something together. How big does it have to be?

I need to get the khopesh out of the way first, then I'll gladly help out.

1024x1024 preferably. in fact if anyone has got some ruby, cut or uncut kickin about, a stock photograph would be brilliant!

helpful raggid as always. I'm not gonna do the textures tonite, but I think I'll make something from scratch based on that second picture then make the texture transparent in nifskope, when i get round to that.

I've started doing the platform here, changed the obelisks to a pink marble texture and sort of done the dome. I think the ill redo the texture for the dome and the marble band just below it, though the dome will look better in game anyways cause it will be translucent.

I was thinking that if I put stairs up to the "first floor" roof we could have a few chapel endorsed traders up there?

My thinking for the wood textures - the extra floors have been added as the city itself has built up, so the upper parts are somewhat tacked on?

EDIT: the upper floor is now a mosaic as well Big Grin I'll add some discolouration once ive put the stairs on for where the most "traffic" is.
