#2 is best.

Are those how big the doors will really be? I thought the tower would be a bit bigger...

I'd say morrowind could probably find a use for those colums somewhere, it resembles Hlaalu architecture a bit, but the shack looks like something that would be found in black marsh, valenwood, or more preferrably skyrim.

Splendid work! I love that hobbit-esque model in your OP.

If I had to choose one tower, I would say 2 was the best, because it seems to be a happy medium between the other two. 1 looks a bit too "crude" I feel, and 3 looks a bit too "flimsy".

I want to see, how large the tower will be in Oblivion, I take 1 Cell for the ground size - what do you think about the size ??

I agree that the tower should be longer.

wow, thats sex. personaly i dont think it should be bigger, it will deminish the over all look of the tower if you cant see all of it at any one point. it also presents problems in terms of interior design (that think will be hell to properly detail as it is). perhaps put a person next to it as to get a better sence of scale.

from the OPit seems WAY high poly, may i ask as to the faces?

im asuming hte textures are placeholders?
