No I think it looks great, but you might want to get a better render of try this: Ambient occlusion: Good for texturing and for rendering will add much needed realism.

That looks amazing! Strange to think that soon enough netch leather armour will be available in stores and on bandits everywhere. It's one of the essential armours for morrowind, and i'm suprised you're the first to do it for silgrad.

Looks Great, Your texturing job is superb!!!! Actually thats a setting somewhat for mentalray, to render in Ambient Occlusion. Its good for texturing, giving some directions in photoshop and gives shadows in the texture map.

I think it should be a bit brighter... otherwise looking good Smile

About the goggles or whatever they are called... Is there any possibility to have reflections on them?

yes it would be simple to impliment too. I think you can can have differing material properties and apply modes in the same nif..?

select those faces on the lenses. and detach/break them off. export the helmet in 2 different parts. lens and the rest. in the lense add environment mapping- EnvMap2 in the nimaterialproperty, like glass armor. and set the textures apply mode to- apply highlight.
