I've seen it, but who says we can't give Fargoth a new ring to be "stolen" by the Imperial Legion.

Or maybe (because of conflicting Master files and such) we could have a separate esp with quest that involve the expansion ( and another for Cyrodiil). For example, I'm not sure where it is in shivering Isles, but maybe Fargoth could tell you that it was stolen from a crazy guy, and maybe he keeps on getting dreams about the Shivering Isles. When you find the ring and give it back you can have the option of talking to a guard and getting the ring again and he eventually does turn into
something like a skooma-addict without his drugs.

maybe with great hardship you can retrieve the ring...
like maybe it is actually the signet ring of ___ Daedric lord (a high ranking Daedra), probably a Dremora, and it feeds Fargoth an otherwordly sense of power... learning to allow him small doses of having the ring, then taking it away as his "master" can enslave him to your will... and eventually turn him into a monster (like the Wild Hunt)... or maybe I'm too creative now..

Ok, with further investigation, I don't think its Fargoth's Ring (Its Called the "Ring of Happiness" of course, I may have the wrong ring!

though I'd love to see some really crazy quest with fargoth. Maybe even a team mission with you and fargoth sneaking into a legion fort to get his ring back.

Supposedly, in Shivering Isles, there is his ring that you stole from him, so we might not be able to include it.

Good news, according to the wiki:
In the construction set, there is a ring with an id of Fargoth's Ring. In game, this ring shows up as heirloom ring.
So we could still use it if we want to.
